Tony Robinson, Managing Director, will have overall responsibility for the Drum Management team whilst controlling the overall strategy, contracts and cost plan. He will make sure that all projects receives the correct level of resourcing  ensuring  a  high  quality  and  efficient  delivery  and  will  attend  appropriate  project  and  design  team meetings. Tony has been the Project Director for 15 years during which time he has completed in excess of 1000 projects

Tony Robinson who will have full  responsibility  for the successful  delivery  of  the  project  in  terms  of  quality,  management  of  risk  and  programme.  His ability to communicate with his internal team and broad knowledge and contact base established during past projects Tony will be the day to day focal point of the in-house team and his practical major contracts background make him ideally suited to maintain focus on the task in hand and to make important judgement calls that require a fast, informed response to ensure the smooth running of the project.
