Drum Management offers project cost consultancy services to our clients and the efficient and effective management of project costs is at the heart of our service.

Drum Management has considerable experience managing and controlling project costs. In addition, we always work closely with the client to deliver best value solutions throughout the construction phase of a project.

Drum Management offers Employers Agent services to our Clients which include:

  • Overseeing the preparation of tender documents including the Employers Requirements.
  • Managing the competitive tender process and leading negotiations with Contractors.
  • Analysing tender returns and making a report and recommendation to the Client in relation to the appointment of the Contractor.
  • Administering the various building Contracts as required throughout the development process.

We take a prominent role in agreeing Forms of Appointment with the design team and also agreeing the wording of warranty documents.

We negotiate Contract Amendments to buildings' contracts acting as an important interface between the Client's legal team and Contractor.

Drum Management are conversant with many forms of Building Contract including the JCT, ICE and NEC forms of contracts. We have considerable experience with both single and two stage tenders and provide advice to Clients in respect of the best procurement and supply chain route for a given project.
